About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team and ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team and manage the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Manage and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the care home operates efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse
  • At least 6 months of Charge Nurse experience
  • Valid NMC Pin
