Deputy Nurse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of our nursing home and ensuring the highest quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Support the financial effectiveness of the home by identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of Charge Nurse experience
  • A valid NMC Pin
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
