Job Title: Health and Social Care Training Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Social Care Training Specialist to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our learners, ensuring they achieve their Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of apprentices to achieve their Level 5 Leader in Adult Care Apprenticeship.
- Train and assess learners in Level 5 Health and Social Care, as well as provide support with lower levels such as 2 and 3 and Functional Skills.
- Ensure all required records are completed to meet ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements:
- Hold either a Level 5 in Management in Health and Social Care or the old Level 4 Diploma (which is the equivalent).
- 10,000k bonus each year (paid quarterly).
- Monday to Friday work only, no weekends.
- Generous annual leave, 27 days, plus bank holidays and birthday.
- Enhanced sick pay.
- Freedom to manage own diary and plan out own travel days.
