Key Responsibilities- Programme Design: Collaborate with our operational team to design training programs that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to learners in groups and individually, ensuring that they are engaging and effective.
- Assessment and Feedback: Set and mark assignments, providing constructive feedback to learners to support their development.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that all training programs and delivery meet the required standards and regulations.
- Learner Support: Provide ongoing support to learners to ensure that they achieve their learning goals and complete the program successfully.
- Experience: Proven experience in delivering leadership and management training at Level 3 and above.
- Qualifications: Hold a management qualification at Level 3 or above and be qualified as a trainer at a minimum of Level 3. An additional assessing qualification is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
