HR Generalist Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a Confident and Experienced HR Professional to join their growing team as an HR Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
This role is crucial in providing comprehensive HR services supporting around 200 employees during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of HR case work including welfare, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Analyse data and report on trends to support managers in decision-making.
- Ensure HR practices align with the company's values and business objectives.
- Provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven HR generalist experience, capable of managing diverse case work.
- Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or qualified by experience considered.
