We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Preston. This is a part-time position that requires 20-30 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in a busy environment, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Job Description
The role of the HR Administrator/Assistant involves assisting with the day-to-day running of the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Production of contractual correspondence: offer letters, contracts, reports, forms, and other documents
- Maintaining all employee files and records
- Promptly responding to information requests in accordance with HR policy and procedure
- Managing outsourced HR systems
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed administrative skills, relevant knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and policies. They will also be able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate confidently at all levels.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also includes benefits such as paid holidays and opportunities for professional development.
