About the Role

Roxwell Talent is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations team with day-to-day HR data management and firm reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Data Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • HR System Development: Collaborate with the HR operations team to design and build end-to-end workflows utilizing HR system features to automate and improve processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating complex Excel reports and presenting data to support business decisions.
  • HR System Support: Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, working closely with the HRIS vendor to find solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in HR systems administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and data management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
  • Previous experience with HR information systems is a distinct advantage.
