Key Responsibilities- HR Data Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- HR System Development: Collaborate with the HR operations team to design and build end-to-end workflows utilizing HR system features to automate and improve processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in creating complex Excel reports and presenting data to support business decisions.
- HR System Support: Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues, working closely with the HRIS vendor to find solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR service, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of two years' experience in HR systems administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and data management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
- Previous experience with HR information systems is a distinct advantage.
