About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Node4 Ltd. As a Service Desk Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing technical training programs tailored for service desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging technical and ITIL-based training programs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to service desk agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with the service desk team to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ITIL best practices and technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering IT training, preferably within a service desk or IT support environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes, service desk operations, and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Ability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and levels of technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing training needs.
