IT Trainer Job Description

Node4 Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing technical training programs tailored for service desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging technical and ITIL-based training programs
  • Develop and implement training strategies to meet the needs of service desk agents
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to service desk agents to improve their technical skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ITIL and cloud technologies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering IT training, preferably within a service desk or IT support environment
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in a service desk environment
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies (Private and Public Cloud)
  • Networking knowledge (routing, switching, basic network troubleshooting)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Certifications in cloud services (M365, Azure) and are a plus
