We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing a robust and fit-for-purpose reward and recognition agenda that supports the overall Group People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation programs that support our wider organisational philosophy while ensuring strong governance.
- Provide advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers through the offer negotiation process.
- Work with compensation metrics, reports, and tools to inform compensation decisions and forecast, report, and/or analyse compensation outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with senior partners and internal data & analytics teams to provide insights to the people analytics function, enabling insights-led business decisions.
- Analyse available market data to assess competitiveness of total compensation offerings at all levels of the business.
Requirements:
- Subject matter expert in reward, benefits, and compensation with the ability to offer guidance and support to key stakeholders and members of the People Team.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience in delivering various project priorities.
- Analytical data-driven approach with the ability to suggest and generate new insight and ideas.
- Excellent Excel skills with the ability to build models that drive decision making.
- Ideal experience using job levelling / evaluation methodologies e.g Hay / Kornferry.
