About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Partner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a robust and fit for purpose reward and recognition agenda that supports the overall Group People Strategy.
About You
- You will thrive in leading initiatives and delivering a successful end-to-end process.
- You will have a methodical and resourceful mindset and be able to present and lead discussions on ideas, data, and strategy.
- You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to tackle challenging conversations and influence business leaders with confidence.
- You will have ideally gained your Reward knowledge from working in a FTSE 250 business.
