The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and clinical effectiveness.
The service provides crisis and acute care in the community to individuals between the ages of 18-65 in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, working closely with Yorkshire Ambulance Service and other healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities- Directly manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering an effective and high-quality mental health service to those experiencing a mental health crisis, their relatives, and carers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Current registration on the NMC register.
- Demonstrable experience of mentoring pre-registration students.
- Full understanding and application of relevant clinical practice, standards, and audit within the identified clinical area.
- Evidence of project work that has impacted on practice and demonstrates a higher level of communication, planning, and change.
- Specialist or advanced understanding and application of relevant managerial and leadership aspects of the service area.
