Continuous Delivery Excellence Lead

We're looking for a skilled Continuous Delivery Excellence Lead to join our Customer Experience team at Diligenta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing business cases of your teams, supporting the development of rightsizing and deployment opportunities, and completing project route maps to identify business improvement and transformational opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Building an effective project work structure and providing data on process efficiency, business cost, and regulatory risks associated with proposed changes
- Oversight of complete project change management cycles from issue identification to sustaining the change
- Collaboration with operations and support functions to deliver sustainable change
What You'll Bring:
You'll bring a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement projects, a solid understanding of change methodology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also have a robust attention to detail, good fact-finding skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
