Job Title: Healthcare Excellence Lead

Nurse Seekers is seeking an experienced Healthcare Excellence Lead to join our team in Edinburgh. As a leading provider of home care services, we strive for excellence in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes across our home care operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.* Collaborate with senior management and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.* Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.* Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.* Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in healthcare and quality assurance. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare management, is essential.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
