The Landscape Partnership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Ecological Services to lead our ecology team in Bedford, London, or Woodbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing ecological projects, mentoring and leading a team of ecologists, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and 25 days annual leave.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ecological projects
  • Mentoring and leading a team of ecologists
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and Full Member of CIEEM
  • A good understanding of all levels of the planning system
  • Ability to work efficiently and diligently to reasonable deadlines
  • Good organizational and management skills
  • Good written skills, with attention to detail, experience of preparing technical reports and ability to present and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner
