Ecologist in Charge

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ecologist to take on the role of Associate Director at The Landscape Partnership. As a leader in the field of ecology, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of ecologists working on a wide range of projects, including residential developments, renewable energy schemes, and commercial projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior staff members
• Managing and delivering projects to a high standard and on time
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Mentoring and training junior staff members

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a voluntary pension scheme and cycle-to-work scheme. The position also includes opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
