We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to adult cancer patients, including inpatients and outpatients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual therapy and group interventions to support patients and those affected by cancer across the lifespan.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including the use of psychological tests, neuropsychological tests, and semi-structured interviews.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members.
- Attend service meetings and contribute to the development of the clinical psychology service.
Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience of working with adult cancer patients and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
