About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead our Perinatal Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and experience in managing and developing teams of clinical psychologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and management supervision to psychology staff in the Maple Service.
  • Ensure that the psychology team understands and operates to the requirements of the service's operational policy and strategy.
  • Play a key strategic role in expanding and developing service provision in line with national guidelines and local priorities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of clinical services through audit and governance.
  • Develop the psychology workforce by leading on recruitment, identifying training needs, and managing gaps in service.
