Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior clinical psychologist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our staff support service, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and line management to Assistant Psychologists and qualified Psychologists/CBT Therapists.
Alongside direct clinical work, you will contribute to the development of our educational, training, outreach, and consultation offer for the Keeping Well NWL service. Your expertise in developing innovative practice and supporting healthcare staff will be invaluable in this role.
Main Duties of the Job
You will assist in the operational and clinical running of our staff support service, working with partnership organisations to implement best practice support for healthcare staff. Your skills in complex assessment, intervention, and management will be essential in this role.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology, or equivalent. You will also have experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment, as well as supervising psychological interventions. Your knowledge of the theory and practice of specialised psychological therapies will be essential in this role.
