About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Contract Coordinator to join our team in Oxford/Swindon area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a responsive repairs contract for the MOD, including managing engineers out in the field and reviewing delivery of service, health & safety, and quality checks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a repairs service, preferably in domestic housing maintenance, and an understanding of plumbing, heating, and gas.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will work closely with the client to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and meeting their health & safety requirements.
