Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide personalised care and support to our service users. Our ideal candidates will be passionate about delivering high-quality care, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing essential care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Helping service users engage in their favourite hobbies and activities, such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games
  • Supporting service users with their bedtime routines, including companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and tending to their care needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (minimum 3 months)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues
