About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director or VP of Engineering to join our team in London. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of our investment strategies solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement index solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, either by tailoring existing solutions or creating new ones in response to market opportunities.
  • Ensure the robustness and sustainability of the risk-return profile of our investment strategies.
  • Provide technical support and training to our sales, pricing, and trading teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Support EMEA sales in client calls and events related to systematic strategies, and ensure the smooth management of requests.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between our teams in Paris, London, and New York to ensure seamless collaboration on commercial and development projects.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Deep knowledge of Commodities as an asset class.
  • Regulatory expertise.
  • Graduate from a top university with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English; French desirable.
