Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new referrals and assess the needs of individuals and families
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to provide comprehensive support
  • Develop and implement plans to address the needs of those receiving support

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
