Supportive Living Professional

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supportive Living Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users in elderly care homes and support settings.
Main Responsibilities:- Build strong professional relationships with service users and other members of staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users
- Keep up to date with all communication and information systems
- Attend and take an active part in meetings as appropriate
- Promote equality and acknowledge individual differences
- Protect service users from any form of abuse
- Write accurate reports for reviews and keep written records for monitoring purposes
- Attend work reliably and punctually and follow a set shift pattern
- Ability to form professional relationships with service users
- Ability to read and understand written work and write clear and accurate reports
- Ability to communicate clearly and easily with service users in a variety of ways
- Ability to go wherever service users want to go and participate in all activities
- Ability to work as directed and complete tasks reliably and to a high standard
- Ability to participate in training and development
- Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
- Awareness of what effective teamwork is
- Awareness of the general health, safety, and welfare of service users
- Numerous shift patterns available including 8am-4pm, 4pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am (waking nights)
- Full support and training provided including the Care Certificate, First Aid, Medication Administration, and the opportunity to gain qualifications in this field
- Enhanced DBS required prior to placements being offered
An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
