About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Library and Information Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents of Bath and North East Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to residents, responding to a wide range of enquiries and providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in outreach events and activities, engaging with local communities and promoting the services offered by the Library and Information Service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and partner organizations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements, ensuring that our services meet the needs of residents.
