Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing and chopping vegetables, and preparing ingredients for cooking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu and food offerings, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food preparation and service.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about delivering excellent food preparation and service. You will have:

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.A strong interest in the food and hospitality industry, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.A level 2 food hygiene certificate (or equivalent) is preferred, but full training will be provided.
