Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Library and Information Service, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to enquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with local community groups, partners, and stakeholders to promote our services and build relationships.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and up-to-date information to residents on our services, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Engagement Skills: Ability to engage with local community groups, partners, and stakeholders.
  • IT Skills: Ability to use technology to interpret and input accurate data and information.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
