Victim Support Caseworker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker to join our Anti-Social Behaviour team, working 22.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

Resilience and adaptability: ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Customer service and care: delivering high-quality support to clients and their families.
Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Knowledge and understanding: of the issues affecting victims of crime and the impact of trauma on individuals and families.
Experience and skills: previous experience working with vulnerable adults, children, or families, and a strong understanding of the principles of trauma-informed practice.
