About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer/Clinical Technologist to join our team in the Nuclear Medicine Department at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and technical support across the full range of Nuclear Medicine Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support across the full range of Nuclear Medicine Services, with a focus on SPECT/CT and DXA imaging.
  • Lead a team of staff and provide training and guidance to junior colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and procedures.
Requirements
  • BSc Honours in Nuclear Medicine or Radiography, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional registration with the RCT or HCPC.
  • Postgraduate training or experience in a relevant area.
  • Leadership and management training.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • MSc in a relevant specialism area.
  • DXA Certification by the ROS.
  • Proven experience working with radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Proven service management experience.
