Gain Valuable Experience in Hospitality

We are offering an exciting opportunity for apprentices to join our team at The Farmers Arms, a thriving pub, wine bar, and restaurant in the heart of a bustling market town. As a key member of our front of house and back of house teams, you will gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while working towards a nationally recognized qualification.

This 30-hour contract allows for flexible hours over a 7-day period, ensuring you can balance work and personal life effectively. You will be supported by an experienced team and have opportunities for training and development to enhance your career progression.

The starting salary is £6.40 per hour, with progressive increases up to £10.50 per hour, dependent on performance and completion of training blocks. Once qualified, selected employees can progress to £12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Serving food and beverages to customers
  • Taking payments and clearing tables
  • Replenishing sauces and maintaining a clean environment
Requirements:
  • Maths and English at Level 2 (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience within hospitality or catering (desirable)
  • Customer care skills, creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
