Community Health Administrative Specialist

We are currently looking for a skilled Community Health Administrative Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Dalton and Ulverston District nursing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls, completing non-clinical tasks, and inputting data for essential audits and spreadsheets.
Job OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will have access to training opportunities and will work closely with a team of experienced professionals. We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 pro rata, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the district nursing team
- Answer telephone calls and respond to queries from staff and patients
- Complete non-clinical administrative tasks, such as notes/file preparation and photocopying
- Input patient data into various IT systems
