About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our team in Morecambe Bay, leading the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, education, and research.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, a comprehensive induction programme, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rehabilitation Leadership: Develop and lead physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality care, effective communication, and seamless patient journeys.
  • Clinical Governance: Implement robust clinical governance processes, maintaining a professional portfolio, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • BSc Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Master's Level qualification or equivalent specialist knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Minimum two years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience of working in leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and outcomes
  • Strong research and education background, with expertise in MSK-related areas of practice
