Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description: As a Production Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing and coordinating the production activities of a talented team. You will be responsible for motivating and mentoring team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, Coach, and Develop a Team of Skilled Production Professionals: Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within the production team.
  2. Monitor Production Output and Take Necessary Actions to Meet Targets: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient production processes.
  4. Maintain a Safe Working Environment and Adhere to Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience in a Leadership Role within a Manufacturing Environment: Proven track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  3. Ability to Multitask and Prioritise Effectively: Excellent time management skills.
