The ideal candidate will assist with managing daily finances, utilizing Xero software, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing suppliers and handling accounts receivable and payable.
- Answering phone calls with a professional telephone manner.
- Proven bookkeeping experience, AAT certification desired.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, including payable and receivable management.
- Essential knowledge of Xero software and ability to work with multiple software systems.
