Job Description

This Administrator position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient management and meeting deadlines for financial procedures and information returns within our Care Home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing administrative systems, including managing day-to-day administration, processing payroll hours, and handling inquiries from clients and staff.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoicing within monthly deadlines.
  • Chase outstanding fees from local authorities, CCGs, and individuals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
