Administrative Support Specialist

A dedicated Office & Accounts Administrator is required to provide administrative support to the Office Manager at our Leamington Spa office.
This varied position involves preparing wage information for processing, approving invoices for timely payment, managing petty cash transactions and maintaining a balanced ledger, banking and financial record-keeping, creating and sending professional invoices, maintaining office supplies, tracking staff absences and recording sickness records, developing and maintaining spreadsheets for data analysis, responding to routine correspondence and managing communication, assisting with various typing tasks, coordinating newsletters and other publications, scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs, preparing essential paperwork and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, negotiating new rates for utilities and services, producing monthly fee reports and analyzing financial data.
