About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sytner BMW Warwick. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, split across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to providing exceptional administrative support to our sales team. You will be responsible for assisting with file auditing, trade transfers, and other ad-hoc duties.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department, and management team. Delivering excellent customer service while dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner is crucial in this role.

About you

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in an administrative position. Proficient IT skills are also essential. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a busy, high-pressurised environment and is extremely organised, confident, and detail-focused.
