Archaeological Field Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Archaeological Field Specialist to join our team at Wardell Armstrong LLP. As a Field Archaeology Professional, you will be responsible for conducting archaeological fieldwork, including excavations and evaluations, to support our growing portfolio of projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct archaeological fieldwork, including excavations and evaluations, to identify and record cultural and historical resources.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in archaeological fieldwork and related areas.
Requirements:
- Three months of practical experience in archaeological fieldwork, including excavations and evaluations.
- A degree in archaeology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driving license.
- CIfA membership at PCIfA level (desirable).
