About the Role

As a Customer Advisor at Boots, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for helping customers find the best products for their needs, answering questions, and providing advice on our fantastic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a great shopping experience
• Ensure the store is always clean and presentable, and that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way
