Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Greene King. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a memorable and enjoyable experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deputise for the management team, resolving any issues that arise in their absence and ensuring the pub runs smoothly.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly and safely.

Requirements:

  • A great eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the pub is maintained to a high standard.
  • Be a role model to the team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a warm welcome to every customer.
  • An ability to think on your feet, adapting to any challenges that arise during a busy shift.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a strong team player.
