About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and data-savvy HR professional to join our vibrant HR team at Office Collective. As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in driving the organization's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the global HRIS (Workday), managing data, processes, and reporting while ensuring everything aligns with global standards.
  • Drive seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, making transitions smooth and positive for all employees.
  • Take ownership of payroll and employee benefits like healthcare, pensions, gym memberships, and paid time off.
  • Support recruitment, from managing communications to scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate on employee engagement and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

About You:

  • You're highly organized with strong data management skills, and you're proficient in HRIS systems like Workday.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple tasks with ease and grace.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR admin, payroll, or benefits management is a big plus.
