Main Responsibilities- Talent Management: Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent management processes, including job descriptions, skills gap analysis, career pathways, and succession planning.
- Performance Management: Coach managers on setting KPIs and KRAs, and drive the performance appraisal process to ensure effective performance and career discussions.
- Reward and Recognition: Develop and manage value-adding reward and recognition programs, working closely with the CFO to manage and coordinate annual group increments and incentives.
- Employee Engagement: Drive the annual Great Place To Work employee survey, analyze and communicate results, and create action plans to improve engagement levels in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Learning and Development: Embed a culture of continuous personal development by devising and delivering training opportunities, both in-house and externally sourced.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with managers to support all areas of recruitment, including staffing levels, interview support, and hiring manager training.
- Employee Relations: Support and guide managers and teams on HR issues, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Internal Communications: Oversee and deliver people updates during virtual/live Company-wide Townhall events, empowering senior leaders to communicate with their teams.
- Strategy: Develop, influence, and implement the HR Roadmap to achieve positive results.
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or CIPD Full/Part Qualified.
- Experience in global multi-location organizations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments.
25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, birthday leave, eye-care vouchers, pension scheme, and healthcare (after 6 months).
