HR Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our HR services and contributing to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management: Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent management processes, including job descriptions, skills gap analysis, career pathways, and succession planning.
  2. Performance Management: Coach managers on setting KPIs and KRAs, and drive the performance appraisal process to ensure effective performance and career discussions.
  3. Reward and Recognition: Develop and manage value-adding reward and recognition programs, working closely with the CFO to manage and coordinate annual group increments and incentives.
  4. Employee Engagement: Drive the annual Great Place To Work employee survey, analyze and communicate results, and create action plans to improve engagement levels in collaboration with the leadership team.
  5. Learning and Development: Embed a culture of continuous personal development by devising and delivering training opportunities, both in-house and externally sourced.
  6. Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with managers to support all areas of recruitment, including staffing levels, interview support, and hiring manager training.
  7. Employee Relations: Support and guide managers and teams on HR issues, updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
  8. Internal Communications: Oversee and deliver people updates during virtual/live Company-wide Townhall events, empowering senior leaders to communicate with their teams.
  9. Strategy: Develop, influence, and implement the HR Roadmap to achieve positive results.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or CIPD Full/Part Qualified.
  • Experience in global multi-location organizations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments.
Benefits
