Compliance Learning Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the in-house compliance team to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including e-modules and workshops, to ensure all employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices, and ensure all training content is current and relevant.
- Manage the learning and development process, ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of training programs across the organization.
- Proven track record in creating and implementing engaging training programs, with a focus on FCA Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime.
- Extensive experience in FCA Regulatory Compliance, ideally within a consumer finance environment, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Assist the L&D team in the development of content and delivery of workshops as required for other areas of the business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging training materials.
- Strong organisational and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
