About the Job

iMap Centre Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to support the growth and compliance of our school. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the Principal, supporting the school's administrative functions and contributing to its success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the school's financial and budgetary processes to ensure effective use of resources and evidence of accountability, best practice, and value for money.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and supervision of the school's administrative functions.
  • Anticipate the needs of the school and provide timely and effective support to staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Model and promote the school's values and ethos.
  • Monitor services provided to the school, ensuring effective internal and external services are provided.
  • Support the Principal in employee management processes for all school staff.
  • Develop the corporate image of the school.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, including children, parents, colleagues, and social workers.
  • Sound knowledge of a range of computer applications.
  • Ability to develop and maintain efficient record-keeping systems.
  • Budget management.
  • Experience of working in a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to show sensitivity and objectivity when dealing with confidential issues.
