About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dedicated team on a 12-month rolling contract. This role involves providing technical support to employees globally, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective IT support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Create and manage support tickets, ensuring all activities are well-documented.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Research and identify trends to improve service delivery.
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to and utilize the company knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide training and act as a point of contact.
  • Participate in quality reviews and internal projects.
  • Occasionally assist with translation reviews.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
  • Previous experience in technical support roles.
  • Fluent in German; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional bank holidays.
  • Able to work from the office 50% of the time and have a reliable home internet connection.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location:

Global (with a focus on Germany)
