Matron Hospital at Home Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Matron to lead our Hospital at Home and Urgent Community Response Service in West Essex. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring that patients receive safe and compassionate care and experience a great service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary clinical staff, ensuring resources are used to maximise the benefit to all patients
- Develop specialist skills within the team to help reduce the demand on acute sector care
- Ensure clinical care is appropriately monitored and audited and learning is shared across the organisation
- Lead daily MDTs and contribute to case conferences ensuring there is a holistic assessment of patients as required
- Set outcome-based targets for the service and manage performance against these
- Respond to informal and formal complaints received in line with Trust policy
- Communicate highly complex information to staff in relation to service developments
- Network with and establish effective partnership working with key personnel
