About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Portfolio Manager to join our Product and Standards team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

The successful candidate will work closely with the L&D senior leadership team to design, develop, and grow Learning and Development with a differentiated product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting the product vision and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale.
  • Conducting regular market research and engagement to understand new and existing markets.
  • Staying up-to-date with policies and regulations that impact our development and delivery.
  • Determining product market demands and creating product requirement specifications.
  • Building and owning strategic partnerships and relationships with employers and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the market, clients, and team members.
  • Communicating product features and functions to cross-functional teams.
  • Managing the product lifecycle from planning to development and addressing issues.
  • Working with the product development team to ensure resource availability.
  • Delivering and developing products that meet requirements, are doable, and sustainable.
  • Creating and overseeing the delivery of go-to-market support material and training.
  • Developing promotion strategies with the marketing team to drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
  • Complying with government agendas, regulators, clients, and BCS quality policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude, be customer-centric, and have a strong ability to generate novel ideas and new strategies to develop profitable product lines with high return on investment.
