As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the creative and collaborative process of growing a market-leading portfolio of products and expediting new product opportunities according to the latest trends and market demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Setting the product vision and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale.
- Conducting thorough market research and engagement to understand new and existing markets.
- Staying up-to-date with policies and regulations that impact our development and delivery.
- Determining product market demands and creating product requirement specifications.
- Building and owning strategic partnerships and relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining effective communication with the market, clients, key stakeholders, and team members.
- Communicating product features and functions to cross-functional teams.
- Participating in the product development lifecycle.
- Managing the product lifecycle from planning to development.
- Working with the product development team to ensure resource availability.
- Delivering and developing products that meet requirements, are doable, and sustainable.
- Creating and overseeing the delivery of go-to-market support material and training.
- Developing promotion strategies with the marketing team.
- Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
- Complying with government agenda, regulators, clients, and BCS quality policies and procedures.
