We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Portfolio Manager to join our Product and Standards team at BCS. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong vision for growing a market-leading portfolio of products and expediting new product opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with BCS' goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand new and existing markets, including trends and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with policies and regulations that impact BCS' development and delivery of products.
  • Determine product market demands and create product requirement specifications to establish long-term goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with employers and stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Communicate product features and functions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle and manage product lifecycle from planning to development.
  • Work with the product development team to ensure resource availability and deliver products that meet requirements.
  • Create and oversee the delivery of go-to-market support materials and training.
  • Develop promotion strategies with the marketing team to drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
  • Comply with government agenda, regulators, clients, and BCS quality policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**
