About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Manager to join our Product and Standards team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

The successful candidate will work closely with the L&D senior leadership team to design, develop, and grow Learning and Development with a differentiated product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy from launch to scale.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand new and existing markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with policies and regulations that impact our development and delivery.
  • Determine product market demands and create product requirement specifications.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with employers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate product features and functions to cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle and manage product lifecycle from planning to development.
  • Work with the product development team to ensure resource availability and deliver products that meet requirements.
  • Create and oversee the delivery of go-to-market support material and training.
  • Develop promotion strategies with the marketing team to drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network.
  • Comply with government agenda, regulators, clients, and BCS quality policies and procedures.
